AML Crating Services runs this website, amlcrating.ca. We are located at 1255 Humber Place, Ottawa, ON K1B 3W2. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean AML Crating Services.
What we collect
We collect personal information in two ways: when you send it to us through a form on this site, and through analytics cookies when you visit.
- Contact form: your full name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your comments.
- Quote request form: your contact name and work email, and if you choose, your company and phone number. It also asks about your project: the service you need, the project pattern, a general asset category, the broad location (city and province) and your preferred timeframe. You can also add the quantity, measurements and weight, packing needs and a general message.
The quote form asks you not to send sensitive or controlled technical information. Please leave those details out of the form.
We do not take payments on this site, and visitors do not have accounts.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your message or question
- prepare and follow up on your quote request
- provide the services you ask for
Each form submission is stored on this website and emailed to [email protected]. We do not send marketing emails from these forms. The quote form is not a marketing subscription.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. They use cookies to measure visits to the site and to record when a form is submitted or when a phone or email link is clicked. This helps us see how people use the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The site also links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. When you follow one of those links, that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the site: the companies that host the website, deliver our email, provide analytics (Google) and filter spam from our forms (CleanTalk). These providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those countries.
We never sell your personal information.
